The Golden Isles Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Welcomes Four New Families in Induction Ceremony


The Golden Isles Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. marked a momentous occasion on Sunday, May 18, 2025, as it proudly inducted four new mothers into its esteemed membership. Held at the historic Old City Hall in Brunswick, GA, the ceremony was a heartwarming and inspiring event, signifying a vibrant expansion of our chapter and a renewed commitment to nurturing future African American leaders. This significant addition brings our chapter’s membership to a robust 25 families, further strengthening our collective impact in the community.

The air in Old City Hall was abuzz with anticipation and excitement as current members, new inductees, and their loved ones gathered to witness this important milestone. The induction ceremony is a cherished tradition within Jack and Jill of America, Inc., symbolizing a pledge to uphold the organization’s rich legacy of leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving, and civic duty. It’s a promise to foster a supportive environment where our children can thrive, grow, and be empowered to reach their fullest potential.

Who are our New Mothers?

We’re absolutely thrilled to extend a warm welcome to the following new mothers and their families who officially joined our Golden Isles family:

  • Tiah Marshall Woodard
  • Carla Mathis
  • Jasmine Smith
  • Makia Wright

Among these wonderful additions, we’re particularly excited to welcome two new teens and five new children and three new dads into our Golden Isles chapter. This infusion of young energy is invaluable, as the core of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. is dedicated to providing unparalleled experiences and opportunities for our youth. These young individuals will now have access to a wealth of programs designed to develop their leadership skills, instill a passion for service, and build lasting friendships within a supportive community.
